Painesville

Settled in 1800, Painesville is the county seat of Lake County, Ohio, and is located along the beautiful Grand River, 2.5 miles from the shores of Lake Erie and roughly 30 miles northeast of Cleveland.

Painesville Township

Painesville Township has the second longest shoreline with Lake Erie in Lake County. The shoreline includes 75% of the Headlands Beach State Park and the only pier on Lake Erie east of Euclid. Come and enjoy our beautiful lake!

Wickliffe

Willoughby Hills

Incorporated as a Village in 1954, Willoughby Hills became a city in 
1970 and the 2020 U.S. census reported our population at 10,019. Despite its growth, it is still considered one of the most picturesque communities in Northeastern Ohio, maintaining a delicate balance between country and city. Our motto, “Where the City Meets the Country,” means we strive to preserve our “rural atmosphere” while still meeting the needs of a growing suburban community.
