CLEVELAND, Ohio--What happens when you stop treating wine as a moment and start tasting it as a timeline?

Lauren Fiala, winemaker at Baci Winery and owner of Fiala Wine Consulting, will explore that question in a new wine education series beginning in January with tastings focused on pinot noir, chardonnay and Riesling.

β€œWe’ve done these over the past couple of years,” says Fiala. β€œIt’s a good way to get people in front of the wines and get excited about the vintages that are coming up. It’s a good way to show people you can hold on to wine and age them.”
