Dairy Days with Lake Metroparks

Celebrate the sights, sounds and tastes of National Dairy Month during Dairy Days, happening June 21 & 22 at Lake Metroparks Farmpark!
This “udderly” delightful event invites families to enjoy hands-on experiences, tasty treats and unforgettable fun on the farm.
Roll up your sleeves and step into a farmer’s boots by milking a cow or goat, then follow milk’s journey from barn to bowl to discover how it’s turned into favorite foods like cheese, butter and ice cream. Participants who milk a cow will receive a special souvenir sticker (while supplies last).
And that’s just the beginning! Visitors can also:
· Participate in dairy-themed activities and hands-on learning
· Meet the milking breeds and learn what makes each one unique
· Sample freshly made cheese and ice cream
· Enjoy pony rides (weather permitting; additional fee)
· Visit the Scooter’s Scoops Ice Cream Truck for cool treats (additional fee)
Dairy Days is presented by Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe, Ken Ganley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Mentor, Sylvan Learning of Mentor and Playground World. Event participation is included with Farmpark admission ($7–$9). Admission is free for Farmpark members, children younger than two, and active military personnel and their immediate families.
