Rock the Mansion has grown into signature community event in Wickliffe

More than 1,000 spectators recently were on the grounds of Coulby Mansion in Wickliffe for Rock the Mansion, hosted by the Wickliffe Forever Foundation.
Now in its ninth year, the event has grown into one of the Wickliffe Forever Foundation’s signature community events, bringing residents and visitors together for a night that celebrates music, community and the city.
“Rock the Mansion is really about bringing people together,” said foundation President Lauren Casey. “Seeing families, friends and neighbors filling Coulby Park, and enjoying an evening right here in Wickliffe is exactly why we continue to put so much work into this event each year.” The free community event that took place Sept. 12 featured live music, food and fireworks. Although rain moved through earlier during the day of the event, organizers embraced the evening’s Prince theme with the message “ ‘Purple Rain’ or Shine.’ ” By showtime, the skies had cleared and the crowd was able to enjoy a full evening of entertainment.
The night featured performers with ties to Wickliffe, Cleveland and Pittsburgh. For the Fathers, made up of local Wickliffe residents, opened the evening and were followed by the Cleveland band Ace Molar. Pittsburgh-based headliner The Prince Project then took the stage with a tribute to the music of Prince.
The free event also featured food trucks, beer and seltzers throughout the evening, and ended with a fireworks show over Coulby Park, a tradition that has been featured at the event since its beginnings.
“The Wickliffe Forever Foundation thanks Wickliffe, Truline Industries, Tour Lake County, volunteers and everyone who attended, and helped make the 2026 Rock the Mansion a success,” the foundation said in a news release.
A community-based nonprofit organization, the Wickliffe Forever Foundation remains dedicated to supporting and enhancing the Wickliffe community through events, programs, partnerships and initiatives that intend to bring residents together.
